MODEL 2011 HANDHELD CO2 MONITOR
The Valtronics Model 2011 is a Handheld Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Temperature, and %Rh Monitor designed for indoor air quality measurement and diagnosis. This portable CO2 monitor uses non-dispersive infrared NDIR technology to ensure long-term stability and accuracy.
MODEL 2166 CO2 MONITOR
The Model 2166 is a Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) Carbon Dioxide (CO2) monitor designed as an indoor air sensor, and / or process control device. It produces a control signal proportional to CO2 concentration. This control signal is then used to provide remote control of outdoor air dampers and thereby controlling the fresh air intake and maintaining safe indoor air quality.
This device is frequently used in environments where processes contribute to rising CO2 levels such
as bottling lines, fermentation rooms, bakeries, breweries, and other food preparation areas.
It is available in the industrial hygiene range 0-5% full scale, and other ranges are available upon request depending on your application. This unit can function as an air quality monitor to detect leaks in fire suppression systems as well as warning personnel of high CO2 levels in storage areas and production areas.
The Model 2166 is equipped with audible and visual independently adjustable low and high level alarms as well as non latching normally closed and normally open contacts rated for 3 amps at 250VAC or 30VDC.
The unit is a non-dispersive infrared gas monitor designed as a fully functioning stand-alone unit for the continuous monitoring of CO2. The optical system is not affected by humidity the pumped gas sampling circuit has a self-draining water trap which eliminates difficulties with water condensation in the sample lines. It is packaged in a NEMA-4X industrial enclosure.
Standard features include 120/240VAC input power and 4-20mA and 0-5 VDC outputs.
2008SDH-CH4 ANALOG OEM INDUSTRIAL CH4 GAS MONITOR
Valtronics offers a variety of Analog monitors for detecting and measuring CH4. Each of these devices uses Non-Dispersive InfraRed (NDIR) technology with temperature compensation for a high resolution, stable and accurate output signal.
Gas ranges of 0-5% and 0-100% are available with outputs from 0-1V or 0-5V, and 4-20mA to allow versatile integration into OEM systems. Flow through PCB mounted gas cell for simple gas measurement is via hose barb connections. Compact size and low power consumption (2.4 watts typical, 7.2 watts peak) at 12VDC provide for remote or portable applications with specific uses in heat-treating, stack gas analysis, and oil and gas exploration equipment.
Its robust design is well suited to oil field usage.
DIGITAL OEM INDUSTRIAL CH4 GAS MONITORS
Two Digital units are available with user adjustable range within the full scale of 4-100% to allow versatile integration into OEM systems. Flow through PCB mounted gas cell for simple gas measurement via hose barb
connections. Ease of calibration and troubleshooting diagnostics are available through the optional RS232 port. Multiple sensor connection to the “SPI” data bus for reduced cost of multi-gas & multi-location sensing in the same application. Compact size and low power consumption of less than 1.5 watts at 12VDC, provide for remote or portable applications with specific uses in heat-treating, stack gas analysis, and oil and gas exploration equipment. Standard output signals are 16 bit serial digital and linear 0-1 volt for the model 2015SPI-4, and 16 bit serial digital only for the model 2015SPI-4N.
